*All Suppliers of Aircell are required to:
- Notify Aircell in the event they discover nonconforming material in our products.
- Must obtain Aircell approval for nonconforming product disposition.
- Notify Aircell of changes in product and/or process, changes of suppliers, changes of manufacturing facility location and, where required, obtain Aircell approval for location change.
- The supplier must flow down, to the supply chain, all the applicable requirements including customer requirements.
- All supplier records, having been identified by Aircell, must be kept on file at the suppliers premises for agreed upon time.
- Aircell reserves the “right of access” for our company as well as our customer and regulatory authorities, to the applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain involved in the order, and to all applicable records.
