Summary:
The Inside Sales Facilitator is flexible in their duties and maintains close communication with individuals within the sales and marketing organization as well as Customer Service, Technical Support, Production and Manufacturing and willing to lend assistance across departments. The Inside Sales Facilitator is responsible for managing and administering the Aircell Sales CRM database. Additionally the position provides internal support for the Aircell Sales and Marketing Team.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and distributing sales leads via email and telephone
• Administering and organizing dealer contracts
• Distribution of sales literature
• Staying current on competitive news and information and reporting to the sales and marketing organization.
• Administering the Purchase Order Process and performing PO entry into the Aircell MRP data system.
• Develop sales and marketing promotion tracking tools
• Attend industry shows and regional sales events as needed with OEM Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers
• Assists with the reporting of sales metrics
• Assist with sales proposals when requested
Required Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM highly desirable
• Experience with Microsoft Navision MRP System highly desirable
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Concur Expense Reporting, Access, Outlook
• Experience within the Aviation Industry highly preferred
• Technical understanding of aeronautical telecommunications preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly professional and comfortable working with high profile clients
• Dynamic, self motivated, persuasive, high energy and goal motivated
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, recommend solutions, and evaluate outcome
• Project a professional and positive company image
• Meet tight time constraints and deadlines
• Other duties as assigned
Required Education:
• Undergraduate/Associates Degree and/or equivalent work experience
